What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
What are the access hours?
You have access to your storage space 7 days a week from
7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Our facility is secure and offers easy access for your convenience.
What if I can't get into the office during regular hours?
Since our manager lives on-site, you can request to make an appointment for an after-hour rental. You would need to call the office during office hours for availability.
What am I not allowed to store?
For your safety, we do not allow hazardous materials, perishable goods, or items that may attract pests. Please contact us if you have any questions about what can be stored.
What storage space size do I need?

What storage options do you offer?
At Atkinson Self Storage, we offer a variety of storage options, including indoor and outdoor RV, boat, and vehicle parking, as well as ground-floor storage spaces for personal and business needs. Our indoor storage spaces provide individual alarms for extra peace of mind.
What security features do you offer?
We prioritize your security with features such as individually alarmed units, fenced and gated access, security cameras, and a resident manager on-site. Our facility is clean, safe, and well-lit to ensure your belongings are protected.
Do you sell moving supplies?
Yes, moving boxes, tape, bubble wrap, furniture pads, and other moving supplies are available in our office for your convenience at a very reansonable price.
How do I pay my storage bill?
We offer easy online bill pay options, allowing you to manage your account from anywhere. You can pay your bill securely through our website, or you can pay in person during office hours.
How do I rent a storage space?
Renting a storage space is quick and simple! You can reserve a storage space online, or call us at (707) 693-9200 to speak with a friendly staff member. We also accept walk-ins during office hours.
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes, $25.00(one-time non-refundable & includes a lock). This is standard, but could be higher.
What documentation do I need to rent a storage space?
To rent a storage space, you will need a valid ID and proof of address. We also require current registration & insurance for vehicles, boats & RVs being stored at our facility. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure everything is set up for you.
Am I required to store long-term?
No, you are not required to store long-term. Whether you need short-term or long-term storage, we offer flexible options to fit your needs.
Do I have to bring my own lock or do you furnish them?
We provide you a lock.
How much notice to Vacate?
We require a 14-day notice in writing - mail, email, fax, or through a form at our office. When you are finished we request that our storage space be broom clean. Please stop by the office to let us know that you have completed your move, so we can process your move out.
How do I change my address with you?
Due to the change of address becoming a part of your lease agreement and it is a legal contract, we need to have the change of address in writing only.
Can I get a larger size or smaller size if my storage needs change?
Certainly, we will try and locate the closest size that will fit your new needs. Moving boxes are available in our office for your convenience at a very reasonable price. We can give you a couple of days to make the change of storage spaces and all deposits & monies will be transferred to your new storage space (no vacate notice needed). We have dollies in our office for your moving convenience.
